Took this on a two-week hiking trip and it fit in my daypack without adding noticeable bulk. The carbon fiber legs lock solidly even on uneven rocky ground, and the PD certification gives me peace of mind it's genuine. Weighs less than my water bottle, so it's staying in my bag for good.
The carbon fiber build makes it feel rock-solid while still being easy to carry around all day. Setup takes maybe 30 seconds once you get the leg locks down, and it holds my camera steady even in a light breeze.
Bought this for a week-long hiking trip and the carbon fiber build made it barely noticeable in my pack. The flip-lock legs deploy in seconds, so I didn't miss a single golden hour shot. Feels rock solid even on uneven ground, which I wasn't expecting at this weight.
